Challenge

Arctic Adventures is the world's largest adventure travel company. Their platform had to handle the complexity of booking tours across Iceland, Canada, and the Nordics, both their own and third-party operators, while conveying the epic, emotional nature of what they sell. The old site did neither well.

Solution

We transformed their digital presence with a new platform built for scale. AI-assisted content strategy, streamlined booking flows, and an immersive visual experience that puts the adventure front and center. Every interaction designed to move someone from inspired to booked.

Approach

The migration was the hardest part. Arctic Adventures runs its own tours and third-party tours, each with its own booking logic and backend system. That meant migrating tour data wasn't a copy-paste job. It required custom handling and manual review for every tour to keep reservation flows intact across platforms.
